Through prayer activation, cultural engagement, disciple-making endeavors, leadership development, and church establishment, they strive to make a lasting impact on communities, both locally and globally.. This vision is fulfilled by discipling passionate men and women from every segment of society to love and obey God and equip them to serve and multiply. AVA leaders (Novo’s partner in the East Africa) serves in 3 countries across East Africa.
South Asia Vision Trip - October 2026

We will go to the villages to see how the gospel is being received and advanced by ordinary people with incredible passion for disciple making. You will learn how structure and organization helps create a sustainable framework for all to hear the good news.And, you will hear stories of breakthrough from people held captive by Hindu, Muslim and animist backgrounds.This trip will increase your vision and faith in what Jesus is up to around the world.
Women's South Asia Vision Trip - October 2026

Join us as we visit and spend time with the Diamond Daughters who are serving and ministering in their own communities throughout South Asia. We will have a chance to get to know these leaders, spend time learning together and see their ministry firsthand with visits to several districts. This trip is for those who want to experience this ministry up close and are considering investing in the ministry in South Asia.
Minden NV Serve Trip - October 2026
October, 2026
Join us on a service trip to Minden, Nevada (nearReno/Tahoe) to work alongside the wonderful team at Hallelujah Toffee, a nonprofit that gives 100% of its profits to various ministries (including Novo!). In addition to assisting with toffee making and packaging, we’ll participate with local believers in a Discovery Bible Study and prayer-walk to bless their community and prepare the ground for a movement of God. We’ll also have time to learn about the history of the area and enjoy some of God's beautiful creations in Lake Tahoe. Beyond serving an incredible cause, you’ll have the chance to learn and practice some activating prayer tools and hear how God is working through everyday disciple makers to reach their communities. And you’ll head home with practical ideas and tools to partner with God in your own community!
