ABOUT THE TRIP
Join us on a mission adventure to the heart of Peru as we partner with Reflejo to serve and support their incredible ministry team!
This family-friendly trip offers a hands-on opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping build a playground for local children, followed by an unforgettable journey to Cusco to explore the breathtaking wonders of Machu Picchu. This trip is designed to help families grow closer to each other and to God’s heart for the nations.
Space is limited, so bring your hiking boots and a heart for service as we head to the Andes to be the hands and feet of Jesus together!
ITINERARY
April 3: Arrive in Lima; Orientation and team dinner.
April 4: Sunday Service and Discovery Bible Study (DBS); Afternoon Lima city visit.
April 5 – 8: Playground Construction & Ministry; Working alongside the Reflejo team
April 9: Flight to Cusco; Exploration of the ancient Sacsayhuamán fortress.
April 10: A full day exploring the wonder of Machu Picchu.
April 11: Final team reflections and Flight Home.
ESTIMATED TRIP COST PER PERSON
International Flights $600 – $900: Average round-trip from major US hubs (MIA/DFW/LAX/JFK) to Lima.
Domestic Flights $100 – $150: Round-trip Lima to Cusco (LATAM or Sky Airline).
Machu Picchu Day Trip $320 – $450: Includes train (Expedition/Voyager), bus, entrance fee, and guide.
Lodging & Food (Lima) $450 – $700: 6 nights in Lima (~$75–$115/day for mid-range).
Lodging & Food (Cusco) $200 – $350: 2 nights in Cusco/Sacred Valley.
Ministry Project Fee $150 – $300: Estimated—check with Reflejo for your specific project donation/materials fee.
